june 2026!
for the first weekend of the month i was left alone for a few days and spent most of it productively. so a quick sewing video to begin, i also fixed up a top that i later wore to maya's birthday party pictured to the right. hi chris!
destinie and i acting a fool at an rha event!! we were finally at the point in the year where we only had one last event to worry about...kinda. but hey murder mystery was a hit so yipee.
happy shopping day!! zach needed a suit and i had so much fun. i had never been to willow grove mall but it was just fabulous. and we successfully found one! i am so happy i don't have to buy suits $$$$
vinylthon weekend!! i love this radio tradition so much, i cannot believe it has been three years since i started! we ended up finding some pretty cool stuff at the studio and played nearly three hours even though i had so much work to do that night, as aformentioned there is always work it's just about what you choose and when i suppose.

wow i really am just a radio girl. thank you destinie for taking this and also leo and sheena for coming on the show!!
here's me with my giant pot of soup i made. it was so good + the nanny binge. also me doing homework before we left for a coachella party captured by destinie #priorities
the last full weekend of april was really crazy after the coachella party below on saturday, i was up early on sunday to head over to upenn to meet up with katie before she went back was done with penn relays and then did some work outside for a bit. after that i trained to center city to find zach in the middle of the senior bar crawl. yes i am a junior but i saw so many peers there too so i'm only partially sorry for tagging along. anyways we did only a few stops and then headed home to have some more soup and get ready for temple smash awards. we really wanted to go back out but it was so rainy and as you have read a rest night was well appreciated and the next day was the last rha event ever to be fair. midnight breakfast went super well this year. we all had downtime during the event, the activties were fun, the food was SOOO good. i almost never eat at these but i had three plates i think. we also got home at a reasonable time too! we all went out to maxis for a little to celebrate the end but we were all so exhausted regardless of how smooth it went.
the next morning i took a train to jordan's and hung out with miss pickle for a while and then we drove into reading and the wonderful bagelry for easter brunch celebrations. we played some great games in the backyard with megans family and i brought back the vinyl i needed for the upcoming vinylthon weekend
during my weekend at home i naturally had to catch a showing of the drama. kai and i braved the packed theatre and i gave it three stars!
the days have been sunny and the work has gotten intense!!! final papers and proposals and more assignments everyday. it all really starts to go fast in april and i defintely felt like i didn't have enough time for everything i wanted to do. i wake up and it's a choice of go outside and recharge your body or stare at a screen for eight hours and use energy you don't have to produce mediocre work. i experienced a lot of 'creative burnout' this month if you can even call it that. i just didn't have enough time in a day to think for myself or think and observe anything. all my energy was going to projects and essays and i couldn't really fill my cup with words and phrases like i usually collect.
here is zach's senior design team that i ended up seeing so much this month since they literally worked every second on this thing. but i am super proud and i got to watch their presentation before my class and they did great!
indego bikes you guys always get me, we rode to green eggs for breakfast this morning which we also did randomly last april so i guess that's something we do now. also found the cutest stationery store and got some washi tape
wow so much happened this month, sunday (which means nothing to you because you don't know what day it's been since i started but whatever) was zach's acapella end of the year show thing and we got milk jawn afterwards, monday was jaiman's choir concert and it was so beautiful, we kinda just started running around random places these last few weeks and sitting outside a ton. the next day we went to maxi's and hung out with matt and ellie and other friends and got into some late late night karaoke!
destinie's beautiful chalk drawing!!
wow goodbye rha forever. it's officially official. i made a lot of great memories these past two years thanks to this job and also learned a lot about thing i never would have expected. i am so very happy i will not be doing this senior year but i'm thankful to have this chapter anyways. sorry didn't meant to treat you like a exit interview but just get ready for way less whining from me

boom goodbye june see you next month!
